At Altior, we are committed to providing high-quality smart door lock solutions that meet the expectations of our professional clients. This Refund & Replacement Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be replaced and clarifies our refund policy.
 

1. General Principle

ALTIOR operates exclusively in a B2B (business-to-business) context.
As such, we do not offer refunds for products purchased through our company, except where required by applicable law.

2. Replacement in Case of Defect

If a product presents a verified manufacturing defect, ALTIOR will provide a replacement of the defective item at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:

  • The defect must be reported within the warranty period provided at the time of purchase.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, improper installation, modification, or damage caused by external factors.

  • ALTIOR may request diagnostic information, photos, or return of the defective unit for inspection.

  • Replacement products may be new or refurbished but will be fully functional and compliant with the original specifications.

No refunds will be issued for defective products unless required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Exclusions

Replacement will not apply in cases of:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow instructions

  • Improper use or negligence

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • External events such as vandalism, fire, water damage, or power surges

4. Procedure for Reporting a Defect

To request a replacement, the customer must contact our support team with:

  1. Product reference and purchase details

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Photos or videos if applicable

5. Legal Rights
